Oh sad little blog... how I neglect thee... *sigh*
I know that I should update this... but I really just am not sure what to post about. I go through spurts. I'll have a week where I'll want to post more than once a day, and then for the next couple weeks I have nothing to type. And... thus... a random post such as this gets posted to force myself to get back on the ball (the blog ball that is). Haha. Yeah, you're right, that wasn't really funny.
So the end is near for my college experience... til I decide to be all ambitious and go for my master's... which I could definitely see happening in the future. It's been a long 7 1/2 years. That's right. SEVEN and a HALF years and I'm not done with my bachelors. It's ridiculous is what it is. Well... let's say 7 years, since the one semester i defered halfway through thanks to little child #1 that made me puke for 9 months straight. (love you Kadan... but I enjoy you more OUT of my belly) Once I had the little hooligan I dropped down to part time. And when your only taking 6-9 credits at a time... college takes a long... long... time. But, in the end progress is progress, I suppose. And FINALLY I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I could have graduated this fall, but I just wasn't QUITE brave enough to go full time. So I will have a couple classes next spring, and I'll graduate in APRIL! woah. It's gonna be pretty wierd not being a student anymore. It's such a normal part of my life and has been for so long. Put the kids to sleep... laundry... clean up dinner... homework. For the last 7 years that's what I've done. Think of the possibilities if I don't have to dedicate 12-18 hours of my week to studying!!!! wooowwwwww...... *dreamy faraway look*.... I may even get caught up on my scrapbooking! (I'm only 3 years behind.... psh) I truly do miss having hobbies. That will be nice. AND... MAYBE... (I'm dreaming big here folks... but stay with me... let's visualize possibilities here...) my house will stay clean ALL the time!!!!! Is such a think possible?!?! 12-18 extra hours a week I could get MANY more a thing done around the house. Thing of the cupboards and closets to be organized... the labeling possibilities... everything in its rightful place at the end of the day, not hastily set aside because that exam has to take priority....
Mmmmmm.... I'm thinking life may be pretty grand with my college days behind me.... Pretty grand indeed....
Can I just say that I love the randomness of your blogs. lol. I can totally picture every facial expression that you describe yourself to be having. haha it is like having a real conversation with you. :)
