That's right. I totally was singing (typing the lyrics to) the 90's heartthrob boy band.... the Backstreet Boys. Ha Ha!
Don't deny it. If you were a pre-teen/teen during the 90's you listened to them. You danced around your bedroom singing in your hairbrush swinging your head around to the beat so your pony tail flipped around. And if you DIDN'T do this... it is only because you prefered one of the others of this era.... N-Sync or 98 degrees anyone? : )
And no.... I didn't spy on you through your window when you were 12 years old.... I know this because I too participated in this pre-teen act of dancing around imagining I was in the music videos of one of these 'dreamy' boys.
Today, the staff of Learning Zone Daycare/Preschool relived our youth through none other than the music stars mentioned above. A little Britney Spears (old school version) and a little Enrique Iglesias was thrown in here and there, but the effect was the same. Seven women in their 20's were dancing around the center jamming out to these tunes, singing the lyrics and (attempting) to follow the dancing moves to the ol' music videos.
Ahhh.... All in a day's work, my friends.... All in a day's work.
